D.T. Msabila graduated in 1996 at the University of Dar es Salaam where he was pursuing Bachelor of Education Degree. After his studies he joined the world of teaching. He has taught at several Schools including Lutheran Junior Seminary of Morogoro (1996-1999), St.Mary's High School in Dar es Salaam (1999-2001), and Midlands High School as the Headmaster (2001-2003). Apart from teaching, he has spent most of his time writing Geography and English books for Secondary Schools.
