In 1997 and 2003 he obtained his Advanced Diploma in Public Administration (ADPA) and Bachelor of Arts with Education (BAEd) (Hans) from Universities of Mzumbe and Oar es salaam respectvely. In 2003 Mr. Zisti joined St. Mary's High School as a Geography teacher in the Department of Humanities. In 2004 Mr. Zisti worked for the Chunya District in Mbeya Region where he made his name as a District Human Resources Officer. But in 2005 he resigned to become a Mobile Lecturer and a full time writer publishing popular Geography, History, Economics and General Studies books, the job from which his dreams were realized.
Mr. Zisti has taught in various schools in Tanzania from 1995 including Kirua, Kinondoni, AI haramain, Green Acres, St. Mary's High School and Happy Skilful Secondary School. In 2013 Mr. Zisti persued a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development (MEED) at the University of Oar es Salaam Business School (UDBS).
